Strong(er) + SIT
This combo class will focus on total body strength using a variety of equipment and exercises to build a stronger you! We will end with a SIT workout: Sprint Interval Training, a version of HIIT with shorter, more intense efforts and longer recovery intervals designed to improve overall body composition. This ain’t yo’ mamas Pump class!

HOT Pedal + Pilates w/ Ellen!
This special hybrid class designed by Ellen exclusively for SLP will get you going on the bike for 30 minutes, followed by 45 minutes of mat-based pilates in an infrared-heated environment. This longer duration combo class is the perfect fusion of cardio and sculpting that utilizes resistance bands to simulate the benefits of the traditional reformer workout. This full body workout will focus on core alignment to increase strength and flexibility, and improve posture and core engagement.
