Jackie Guerrero

Jackie is a California to Hawaii transplant after falling in love with Kona doing Ironman 70.3 Honu in 2019. She missed the boutique indoor cycling experience she had in California and was inspired to create the same experience in Kona! SpinLuvPlay is the product of that inspiration utilizing group fitness to support, encourage, and motivate athletes of all levels.
She is on a mission to heal the world through fitness, food, and friendships! Her signature class is Spin Choreo Express and Hot Cycle 45 where she will have you rockin' that bike with tapbacks, pushups, and figure 8s, +/- heat! YES...YOU...CAN!


Jackie Guerrero instructs the following:
  • HOT Arms!
  • Infrared heated class focusing on upper body strength that will focus on push-pull exercises using barbells, dumbbells, and resistance bands. This class is part of the weekly HOT Body series designed to give you results through progression of movements, building heavier weight with good form. Programming will alternate every 2 weeks over a 6 week strength block cycle.

  • HOT Cycle 45!
  • Let's sweat under the infrared! No A/C, no fans. This spin class is designed to give you a slow steady burn to keep your heart rate up and build endurance. We will do longer heavier sets of work with minimal choreography to keep your metabolism in a fat-burning zone during and after class. Air flow will be minimized to help you further detox and release! Be sure to pre-hydrate and bring an extra towel.

  • HOT Legs!
  • Infrared heated class focusing on lower body strength that will focus on functional movements for your core, back, and legs. This class is part of the weekly HOT Body series designed to give you results through progression of movements, building heavier weight with good form. Programming will alternate every 2 weeks over a 6 week strength block cycle.

  • FREE Ride Friday: Mariah vs Janet
  • 1 long community ride to finish off the week! We will have a non-stop playlist with throwbacks from the Mariah & Janet era. Longer, funner, no heat, and major choreo...c'mon!

  • Start the weekend off right with a party ride! We'll play all your favorite jams from the week to raise the roof and your heart rate! Song requests accepted!

  • Full Body Strength Friday
  • Solidify your upper and lower body days with this challenging full body workout that will pump you up for the weekend! This class will focus on low rep counts for good form and progression each week. Both simple and compound movements will cycle through upper and lower body muscles for functional movement and strength.

  • Women's Wellness: Prepping for Menopause
  • Join board-certified OB/GYNs and a pelvic floor physical therapist for an informative health class on perimenopause and menopause, with English to Spanish translation!
